Gabriela Buich

Gabriela Buich is an ICF Master Certified Executive Coach and a Master Licensed Human Element practitioner, with several thousand dedicated hours of individual executive coaching, as well as over a decade of team coaching experience. Her coaching emphasis is on C-Suite Executives and high potential/high profile leaders. Gabriela is a Master Facilitator on the development and execution of organizational workshops focusing on team effectiveness, communication and organizational results. She has deep experience utilizing the Human Element framework and its associated philosophies, which are scientifically proven to generate desired results.

Her facilitation experience ranges from large scale enterprises, to mid-tier growth companies, and early-stage organizations developing world class teams. Gabriela has successfully provided organizational development facilitation for organizations such as NASA, Adobe, Appirio, Wipro, a Large-Scale Conglomerate (Private Entity under NDA), Professional Sports Team Management and several technology entities.

Gabriela has successfully provided organizational development facilitation for organizations such as NASA, Adobe, Appirio, Wipro, a Large-Scale Conglomerate (Private Entity under NDA), Professional Sports Team Management and several technology entities. She has experience in multiple industries and consistently provides world class outcomes as a result of her coaching expertise. One of her first facilitations was for a NASA Shuttle Team and she has built upon that experience to generate sustainable results. Some of those results include cross functional culture change at Adobe, a global diversity project on bias, to the merger of Appirio and Wipro. She has advised on mergers and acquisitions and scaling organizational and team dynamics to support these transactions.

Gabriela’s coaching style focuses on elevating awareness in leaders to develop high trust teams. She is known in the industry as “The Soul Mirror” and “The Jedi of change”. A coach who will support you through your growth while holding you accountable to the promises you make to yourself. She is known for generating conscious change within organizations that has led to incredibly high performing teams and individual executives. Gabriela has also been a serial entrepreneur and serves as a strategic advisor to several entrepreneurial organizations. She understands the challenges of starting, running and maturing a business that allows for her to effectively connect to the executives and teams she works with.

Gabriela spent some of her young years in Argentina and has a passion for integrating cultures while developing interpersonal relationships, in all walks of life. Her goal is to be a contagion for connection.


Deborah Feng

Deborah Feng is a certified practitioner in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging through the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University. She is a recognized executive leader having experience at the highest levels of Federal and municipal government and uses her diverse experience to provide leadership development equipped with the underpinnings of DEI. Her practical operational experience building effective teams for NASA provides for rich stories and approaches that enhance the learning experience.

 

Her facilitation experience ranges from small cities to aerospace companies and creates an inclusive environment that advances the strategy of the organization while optimizing employee performance.

Her experiences as the City Manager of the City of Cupertino gave her the unparalleled leadership challenge of leading a staff and council through the pandemic, periods of civil unrest, and historic firestorms affecting the lives of those near the Santa Cruz mountains. This experience highlights her teachings in leadership and her ability to effectively transfer her knowledge to others via relationship and coalition building, crossing a multitude of agency and private sector boundaries to address societal concerns in the region .

Deborah strives to reach future leaders and executives so they are fully equipped to positively impact workplace culture and optimize organizational performance.

She is also an Advisory Council Member with the Davenport Institute in the School of Public Policy, Pepperdine University whose mission it is to increase Public Engagement and Civic Leadership to the benefit of the democratic process.
