Assessment

The Rewire Leadership team conducts surveys and interviews designed to clarify challenges faced by individuals, teams, or your entire organization.

The Assessment Phase may include:

  • Organizational Climate Surveys

  • Interviews: face-to-face and/or by phone

  • On site observation

  • Web-based or interview-based 360 feedback surveys (for individuals and teams) designed and tailored for you and with you

  • Analysis of data from interviews and/or surveys

Design

We collaborate with you to create retreats, meetings, programs, and off-the-shelf or tailored courses to address issues discovered in the assessment phase.

The Design Phase may include:

  • Face-to-face or telecon meetings with the design team to create and refine agendas for our work together

  • Design of the retreat, meeting, program, and/or course tailored to your team

  • Face-to-face or telecon meetings with the design team to determine a form for intervention. Interventions might include:

    • Web-based or paper surveys
    • Training programs for leaders, managers, and teams
    • Performance review process and forms
    • Strategic planning meetings and annual retreats
    • Organizational change initiatives
    • Coaching and mentorship programs
    • Team building

Implementation
