Awakening Joy

Awakening Joy is a 5-month course taught by James Baraz on opening to life with appreciation, resilience, and an open heart.

30 Continuing Education (CE ) hours costs $120 in addition to the full course fee of $349. CE hours are the same thing as what was formerly known as "CEU credits".

We are a team of psychological experts who not only study men and masculinities, but also have facilitated work with thousands of men in many different contexts—from universities to businesses to the therapy room. As consultants, trainers, teachers, coaches, and therapists, our mission is plain and simple: to help men live more meaningful and successful lives. We believe that for men to be their best possible selves, they need to integrate the traditional strength-based notions of manhood more mindfully and healthfully, while also developing greater capacities in the emotional, relational realm.
